Customized Programming: Receive a tailored 4-week training cycle each month based on your goals, schedule, and equipment. Every program evolves with your feedback and progress.

Advanced Form Checks: Full form analysis with annotated video feedback + corrective cues

Communication & Support: Direct in-app messaging for questions, modifications, and progress feedback. (Replies are assured within a 48-hour response window.)

Program Continuation:  New monthly programs are released after client feedback submission from the prior cycle.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the HEVY app. Your last program remains accessible, but further updates and communication cease immediately.

Reactivation Fee:  Rejoining after a 30-day lapse may include a $25–$50 setup fee to reestablish your profile and program tracking.

Progress Reviews: Monthly analysis of your performance data ensures continuous adaptation and results.
